April 25, 2007, is the day to Start! walking more, eating well, and living longer. On this day, thousands of companies will be encouraging their employees to wear their sneakers at work to show their support for keeping employees healthy.

It's all part of the American Heart Association® Start! movement. Start! is a nationwide initiative calling on all Americans and their employers to live longer, more heart-healthy lives through walking and other healthy habits. Healthy Choice is a proud sponsor of Start! In fact, it was Start! that inspired our own health and wellness program, Start Making Choices™. For every person who joins Start Making Choices before December 31, 2007, Healthy Choice will donate $1 (up to $750,000) to the Start! movement.
